August 23, 3:00 a.m. Upon receiving complaints of skid marks at the intersections of 14^th and Maine Streets in Eads, and after further investigation, Baron Ross Michael, 24, of Eads, was issued a summons in to Eads Municipal Court for reckless driving. (Submitted by Captain Ray)

August 23, 10:30 a.m. Upon receiving complaints of a cat being shot with a blow gun at the Eads Medical Clinic and the Kiowa County Ambulance Office being shot with paint balls, a mail juvenile was issued a summons in to Eads Municipal Court for cruelty to animals, discharge of an air rifle, and disorderly conduct.
