August 1, 8:30 p.m., 13^th & Maine Streets and 14^th & Maine Streets, Eads. Robert John Kliesen, 22, of Eads, was summoned in to Eads Municipal Court for two counts of destruction of public property after receiving reports July 31 of some traffic control signs being knocked down. August 1, 11:50 p.m., 15^th and Rittgers Streets, Eads. Kenneth Ryan Wilkins, 23, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was cited in to Eads Municipal Court for speeding 59 MPH in a posted 40 MPH zone. (Submitted by Captain Ray)

August 4, 5:50 p.m. 500 block of East 15^th Street, Eads. Jessica Meraz Medina, 20, of Quanah, Texas, was issued a citation in to Eads Municipal Court for passing on the left in a no passing zone, and was also arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant from Prowers County for failure to appear.
