Alice H. Amyx was born December 26, 1924 at Eads to Harry B. and Eva May (Doyle) Amyx. Alice passed away July 18, 2003 at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs at the age of 78.
Graveside funeral services were held Saturday, July 26 at 10 a.m. at the Eads Cemetery with Pastor Donald Lott of the Eads Assembly of God officiating. Peacock Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, brother Dean Amyx and her first huband, Jon Phillips. She is survived by her husband Harry O達rien of Eads, sons Todd Phillips of Salida and Jim Phillips of Lafeyette, 5 grandchildren, step children Becky (Don) Price of Tom Ball, Texas; Kevin O達rien of Tuscon, Arizona; Ray OP達rien of Tom Ball, Texas and sisters Esther Philpy of Salida and Edna Elzi of Boulder.
