July 20, 2:00 a.m., 14^th and Maine Streets, Eads. Kyle Joseph Barnett, 20, of Eads, was issued a summons in to Eads Municipal Court for reckless driving. (Submitted by Captain Ray)

July 20, 1:10 p.m., 15^th and Goff Streets, Eads. Michael Stewart Kitch, 23, of Denver was issued a citation in to Eads Municipal Court for passing on the left when unsafe and a no passing zone. (Submitted by Captain Ray)

July 21, 2:04 p.m. Upon submitting an affidavit for an arrest warrant in Kiowa County Court, an arrest warrant was issued for James Patrick Rice (DBA B&R Services), 20, of Fort Collins, for fraud by check, a class 2 misdemeanor, with a $500 bond. (Submitted by Captain Ray)
