Kiowa County Sheriff’s Report

June 20, 10:10 p.m., Highway 287 at mile marker 115. After a traffic violation in Eads, Cesar Solis, 19, of El Paso, Texas, was cited in to Kiowa County Court for a person under 21 driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.02 but less than 0.05. (Submitted by Captain Ray)
The Sheriff’s Office would like to ask the community for assistance with the alcohol containers being discarded throughout the towns and county. If you have any information this type of littering, please contact the Sheriff’s Office, as the office will be issuing littering tickets for these violations.
