Kiowa County Public Library District Survey ResultsJune 27, 2003 The recent countywide library services survey had an 11% return rate. The responses were very positive and useful. Yes 28, No 31 Some of the comments made included: We’re rarely in Eads; limited time spent in Eads; we are lucky to have our library; library has gone extra mile to make sure I had what I needed; losing funding has had a major impact on what the library could offer; often used interlibrary loan, but not in past year; didn’t know about the photocopy and FAX machines; no weekend or evening hours; nothing keeps our family away; access; way too busy with my jobs; access to school library; don’t read much but like a travel video now and then; what a kind idea to have a survey; use occasionally, but will use it more; nothing-I’ll use it!; need larger selection; no weekend/evening hours; know nothing about computers/Internet or costs associated with such; I really appreciate the book drop; no time; what is Channel 3?; a way to return books or a longer checkout time; I like audio tapes but have trouble getting time to go to Eads to check them out; Too far away-never get to Eads.
