Eight Girls Complete Babysitting Course

Are you looking for a super sitter to care for your children? Eight girls just completed a babysitter training course given by CSU Cooperative Extension. The students learned how to deal with an emergency, CPR and basic First Aid, developmental stages of children, games and activities for different ages, and work ethics and responsibilities.

Those completing the course were: Shalyn Laird, Ciara Lyon, Jennifer Negley, Whitney Reeder, Laura Rife, Lindsey Rife, Lori Weirich, and Andrea Williams. All enjoy spending time with children and are excited about babysitting.

Connie Richardson taught CPR and First Aid skills, a vital portion of the class. Extension Agent Kaye Kasza coordinated and taught the remainder of the class.
