April 30, 3:30 p.m., 1400 Rittgers, Lot #1, Eads. Assisted Kiowa County Department of Social Services with an investigation. Upon obtaining a waiver of search warrant, Charles Edward Hegwood, 29, was summonsed in to Kiowa County Court for possession of drug paraphernalia. (Reported by Captain Ray)
