East End EventsApril 25, 2003 I hope everyone had a blessed and enjoyable Easter. Remember the Plainview senior class carnival May 1! Call Sharon Arns or a senior at Plainview School for more information! Game night was Saturday night; there were three tables of marble players and everyone had fun. Linly and Sherell Stum traveled to Denver for business on Friday and Saturday. Dale, Gayla, Brady, and Marie Butler traveled to Branson, Missouri, to have a good time and take in some shows. They left Thursday and returned Sunday. Ron and Ruth Buller, as well as Sherell, Marlin, Sandra, Jay, Tara, Savannah, Lane, Tammy, Monte, Linda, Kami, and Kirbi Stum, helped Linly celebrate his 6? birthday Wednesday. They enjoyed a very nice steak dinner, good dessert, and great company. Kathy, Vicki, Becca, and Joanna Specht visited Kathy's parents, Ronald and Carol Cook, in Verdigre, Nebraska, over the Easter weekend. Bernice Tuttle traveled to Greensburg, Kansas, Thursday evening to attend the funeral of her niece. She returned home Saturday morning. Gary Tuttle joined Bernice Tuttle for Easter dinner on Sunday. Christy Hopkins was home this weekend, and Jen Poore was also here this weekend visiting Cheri and Evan Hopkins. They all enjoyed Easter dinner Saturday evening and Olive Hopkins joined them. Sunday, Evan and Jen visited Jen's parents, Larry and B.J. Poore of Woodston, Kansas.

Sharon and Dick Scott, Tom Scott, and Mary Louise Huddleston all enjoyed Easter at Ian, Jerene, Gina, and Tori DeBono's home in Granada. Ruth Fees traveled to her sister, Mickey Kinney's home in Colorado Springs for Easter. Ron and Ruth Buller left Wednesday the 23 for their daughter Erin's graduation from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Floyd and Wynona Barnes had Jon, Delinda, Cassandra, Mackenzie, Rio, and Tyra Morhmann of Deshler, Nebraska, from Friday evening to Monday morning. On Sunday, they were joined by Jessica and Estrella Quinones and David, Regina, Takoda, Shavaun, and Kaitlyn Barnes. Monday, Floyd and Wynona traveled to Greeley to visit Wynona's sister, Marilyn Good. Linly and Sherell Stum hosted Easter dinner for Lane and Tammy Stum; Jay and Tara Stum and Savannah; and Monte and Linda Stum, Kami and Kirbi Sunday afternoon. They put together puzzles, hit some golf balls, and enjoyed each other's company. Jim and Phyllis Reinert attended the 50th wedding anniversary celebration for Wanda and Kenneth Giskie of Garden City, Kansas. "Love is like a violin.
