April 16, 6:20 a.m., 15^th Street and Slater Street in from of Bartlett Grain Co. The highway from 15^th and Luther Streets was closed temporarily due to high wind, which damaged a power pole during the early hours. Traffic was diverted only momentarily while Southeast Colorado Power Association employees stabilized the pole.
