March 21, 8:21 p.m. 600 block of 15^th Street, Eads. Joe Thomas Miller, 40, of Grand Prairie, Texas, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Miller was transported to Prowers County Jail where he was being held on a $1,000 bond.
