Eads Chamber Begins Regular Monthly Meetings

Beginning April 2, 2003, the Eads Chamber of Commerce will begin holding regular business meetings on the first Wednesday of every month at noon. The meetings will be held at Our Place Restaurant and will be open to Chamber members and to the public.

As development of the Sand Creek National Historic Site progresses, the Eads Chamber of Commerce is stepping up activities in order to assist local businesses and the general public to gear up for the anticipated increase in tourist traffic created by the Sand Creek site as well as other planned developments in the county.

The Chamber encourages members of the public to attend these meetings and provide input to the Chamber regarding the re-vitalization of Eads and Kiowa County. For more information regarding the Eads Chamber of Commerce, contact Marilyn Baxter at (719) 438-5629.
