Weisbrod Auxiliary Agree to Purchase ClippersMarch 14, 2003 The Weisbrod Memorial County Hospital and Nursing Home Auxiliary met Tuesday, February 18, 2003 at Our Place Restaurant. The following were present: Barb Diel, President; Kim Richards, Secretary/Treasurer; Margaret Frazee, Dora Pearcey, Alice Weil, Lola Igou. The meeting was called to order by Barb. She also read the minutes from the previous meeting, which were approved as read. The Treasurer’s report was given as follows: %67.16 in checking account and $2,126.07 in the savings account. Under Old Business: The November/2002 bazaar was a success. We cleared $886.96; the refrigerator has been put on hold; the Valentine Day Party for the resident was successful. We still owe Tracy for the hair perms for the residents. I will try to get the statement. Under New Business: Tracy said the clippers have disappeared from the nursing home and would like to purchase a new one. She said th other one was not working properly anyway. Alice made a motion and seconded by Lola to have Tracy purchase clippers. Motion carried.

As requested by the Pearl Hainer family and friends the donation money received on her behalf, they would like to see new hymn books for the nursing home church services. Things we would like to look for are big print and light weight. Dora made motion and seconded by Margaret to purchase 12 hymn books. Motion carried. I will ask Cheryl Wyatt and Debbie Immer if they would try to find these books for us. We will have election of officers at our next meeting. Lola Igou made a motion to adjourn and Alice Weil seconded it. Motion carried. Our next meeting will be March 18 at 12 noon at Our Place Restaurant.
