February 26, 9:52 a.m. Keith Allen Krentz, 21, of Cheyenne Wells, was arrested on an affidavit for an arrest warrant from the Kiowa County District Court on three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a class 4 felony; and two counts of unlawful acts, a class 2 misdemeanor. The charges stem from a vehicle stop February 21 in Eads involving five juveniles and alcohol.
February 27. Investigating three separate reports from Eads Consumers Supply Company of fraud by check.
