Tallman Resigns From Conservation District

The Kiowa County Conservation District Board of Supervisors accepted the resignation of Douglas Tallman of Brandon effective January 1, 2003. Doug resigned due to his new position of District Judge. Doug has served on the Kiowa County Soil Conservation Board of Supervisors since May of 1984, and has been President most of that time.

The Kiowa County Conservation District is currently looking for an individual, preferably from the east end of Kiowa County, to fill the term vacated by Doug Tallman. Anyone interested can contact the Natural Resources Conservation Service Office at Eads.
