East End EventsJanuary 10, 2003 Plainview School's Homecoming activities begin Monday the 13th. Monday's dress-up day is Twin Day; Tuesday is Reverse/Inside out day; Wednesday is '70's/disco day; and Thursday is blue, white, and green day. The Homecoming game is the 18th at 4 p.m. The Lady Hawks play Pritchett. Dale, Gayla, and Brady Butler and Laurie, Nicholas, and Athena Crum attended Ashley Morgan's wedding in Tribune, Kansas. Linly, Sherell, Tammy, Lane, Misty, Chris, Monte, Linda, Kami, Kirbi, Jay, and Savannah Stum; Sean Harkness; and Tara Carson traveled to Colorado Springs on New Year's Eve to visit Brian and Tammy Myers. Dave and Jenean Schuler also went to Brian and Tammy's. The group enjoyed snacks, games, visiting, and X-Box football tournaments most of the night. They all made their way home at various times on New Year's Day. Ian, Jerene, Gina, and Tori DeBono took dinner to Mary Louise Huddleston's house on Thursday. Craig and Laurie Scott and their family from Austin, Texas; Mark and Michelle Scott and family from Grand Junction; Sharon and Dick Scott; Jason Huddleston and Kristin of Colorado Springs; and Shelby Huddleston of Burlington were all there, too. Last weekend, Gary and Bernice Tuttle traveled to Ft. Collins to spend some time with Chad and Trista Tuttle.

Lynn, Keri, and Addison Scherler and Burl, Cathy, and Christi Scherler all visited Clovis and Lorene Uptergrove on Sunday night. Floyd and Wynona Barnes attended the Child Evangelism Fellowship Christmas dinner Friday at Ogles, south of Holly. Sunday afternoon, Monte and Linda Stum were visited by Floyd and Wynona Barnes.
