The following contains data from the most recent waterfowl count done by the Colorado Division of Wildlife. The CDOW does bi-monthly waterfowl counts throughout the fall waterfowl hunting seasons.

Bonnie Reservoir – Ducks 8,900; Canada Geese 1,200; Snow Geese 400. Nee Grande – Ducks 2,550; Snow Geese 2,500. Nee Noshe – Ducks 1,600; Snow Geese approximately 30,000. Turks Pond – Ducks 2,250; Canada Geese 750, Snow Geese 250. John Martin – Ducks 6,500; Canada Geese 150; Snow Geese 700. Lake Meredith – Ducks 3,000; Canada Geese 25; Snow Geese 2,500.
